What is the return policy?

We want you to love your Still Vinyl Art piece. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, here’s how we handle returns:

Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To start a return, you can contact us at info@stillvinylart.com.

Condition: To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@stillvinylart.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.

Do the records have any scratches or flaws?

These are authentic upcycled vinyls that are no longer playable due to scratches or flaws. These scratches and flaws are not noticeable when displayed on a wall, but are a reminder that this vinyl record has had a prior life and history before its life with you.

When will I get my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after purchase. Estimated delivery times: 3–7 business days within the U.S. once your order has shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, especially during holidays.
