Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Still Vinyl Art piece. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, here’s how we handle returns:

• Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To start a return, you can contact us at info@stillvinylart.com.

• Condition: To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@stillvinylart.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
