Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

• We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout, but we’ll do our best to help if something goes wrong in transit.
